Candle Intructions:
 
  • Trim the Wick: Before lighting, trim the wick to about 1/4 inch. This prevents a smoky burn and keeps the flame steady.
  • Let it Burn Evenly: For the first burn, allow the candle to melt all the way to the edges of the container. This prevents tunneling and helps the candle burn evenly over time.
  • Keep it Clean: If any soot builds up on the container, let the candle cool before gently wiping it clean. Avoid any debris, like wick trimmings or matches, from falling into the wax.
  • Don’t Burn Too Long: Limit your candle’s burn time to 3-4 hours. Over time, the wick can become too long, causing an unstable flame.
  • Safely Extinguish: Use a snuffer to extinguish the flame, if possible, to reduce smoke. Avoid blowing it out to keep the wick intact and prevent hot wax from splattering.
  • Keep Away from Drafts and Kids: Place candles in a stable, draft-free environment, out of reach of children and pets.
  • Store Properly: Store your candle in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight to preserve its scent and color.
